Frequently asked questions

Do I need an account?

Yes, all users of the system neeed an account. When you signup for the dashboard we will create an admin account for you and we will guide you through creating staff accounts during your onboarding call.

Who manages the accounts for my staff?

You have the ability to manage staff accounts, including password changes and enabling or disabling staff accounts . You can also allow a genereal manager to maintain staff accounts. Alternatively, we can provide support to assist you in managing staff accounts.

What information do I have to enter each day?

There are only three pieces of information that are required each day, for the dashboard to operate.
1. The number of customers each sales consultant talks to.
2. The number of sales each sales consultant makes.
3. The sales total for each sales consultant.

What does the monthly price include?

The monthly price includes access to all areas of the dashboard plus all documentation and training guides. The monthly fee also includes regular backups and support for you and your team when required.

How do you enter data into the system?

There is an easy to use form which is filled out by each sales consultant at the end of the day. Alternatively, a manager can enter all of the data for the team on a daily basis.

Is there an included training manual?

Yes! We have created quickstart guides for every area of the dashboard to get you up and running as quickly as possible. There are also in-depth training manuals for the system.

How much time does it take to enter the data?

Typically, daily sales and traffic data can be entered for the entire sales team in under five minutes.

Where do I go to get technical support?

The support tab inside the dashboard gives you access to the quickstart guides as well as the training manuals and other important documents. You will also find a "Request Support" page which allows you to submit problem tickets to our support team.

How is my data secured?

The data for each store is independently stored to keep it secure.
We encrypt all traffic between the server (where the data is stored) and your web browser (where you view the data). 
Multifactor authentication is available to create additional security.

Can I control the access my staff has?

Yes! We have built custom roles into the dashboard so you can allow your staff to see exactly what they require for their role. This includes sales, service and review specific data.

Can I see rolled up data for all my stores?

Yes, you will be able to see rolled up reports that show you combined data for all of the stores you own that have an active dashboard subscription.

Will the dashboard manage my online reviews?

The dashboard provides a feedback system that allows you to respond to customer reviews without impacting your online review scores. Customers who write positive reviews are encouraged to post them online.

Where can I access the dashboard?

The Retail Sales Dashboard has beeen designed as a mobile friendly application which will look perfect on a smartphone, tablet, laptop or desktop. The dashboard can be accessed from anywhere in the world as long as you have an internet connection.

What are the payment options available?

If you are a member of a buying we can bill you through that buying group. Alternatively, we accepts all major credit cards through our secure payment gateway.

Can I give access to a third party service tech?

Yes, if you utilize third party service technicians to perform your      service work then you will have the ability to create accounts for them to access the dashboard and keep you up to date on service issues with your customers. Third party service technicians can be setup so they can only interact with the tickets they are assigned.

Can my service techs access the system remotely?

Yes! The dashboard system can be used on phones and tablets as long as they have internet access. This is particularily handy for service technicians to enter notes or upload photos while in a customers home.
