The Service Dashboard provides a graphical overview of the status of your service department, highlighting the timeliness of service provided, and the types of common or repeat service issues along with the status of each service request.

The Review Dashboard gives a visual overview of all of the reviews that have been submitted from customers to the store. The review system collects reviews from customers and stores them in the dashboard so the store can respond without having to do so in a public forum. Customers that leave positive reviews are encouraged to post their reviews online.
